Management team

Juan Manuel has driven ITSLN through continuous growth for over a decade. Under his leadership ITSLN has continued to deliver highly successful customer engagements.
He studied Business Administration in La Salle University, and continues to update his skills and training to support the needs of ITSLN's growing client base.
His background includes 15+ years in the corporate environment in the telecommunications and information technology industries.
Juan has a practical, down-to-earth style with a clear focus on results.
Juan brings integrity, effectiveness, and quality of service to his customers and clients.

Christian has 7 years of experience in Marketing and Sales Consulting, Market Research and Promotional marketing. He currently leads the company's North American marketing and sales teams and is responsible for expanding strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining ITSLN, Chris was Chief of the Market Intelligence Area in Gruma Corporative. Earlier, he managed operational and commercial areas for multinational projects in the technology and consumer industries in TNS, a business analysis company. He also served as Consultant in I.R. Marketing Consulting.
He graduated with a dual bachelor's degree: Communication Sciences from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and Marketing from Universidad del Valle de Mexico where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Special Honors.

Don is a seasoned leader with broad experience in both direct and channel management. As the leader of IT Solutions Sales, Don is charged with shaping sales strategies to encourage ITSLN’s expansion into the US markets with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service for customers and partners.
He plans to leverage the excellent performance and service reputation that ITSLN has established with its customers and partners in ITSLN’s 10 years of Microsoft Service Provider experience throughout Mexico.
Don brings with him over 20 years of sales leadership and business development skills with Satmetrix, Lucent Technologies, Verizon, Monsanto and Chevron Chemical.

Jaime has over 7 years of experience in diverse areas of management and sales.
He oversees ITSLN’s Sales and Business Development for the Latin America region. He focuses on the quality of business relationships with current customers and generating new customers.
Previously, Jaime worked for Flextronics, Formflex and Zurich Pharma where he successfully increased the client list and improved client satisfaction.
He graduated with honors in Business Administration from La Salle University.

Fabiola provides leadership in People Operations across Global Operations. Her previous roles include Project Manager at Interware, Project specialist at Infotec and Business coach at National Institute of Social Security in Mexico.
Her team tackles projects such as global resource allocation, operational strategy and readiness for business development, internal operations improvements and organization design.
Fabiola’s early career was spent working with programming languages. She holds a Master's degree and a Certificate in Information Technology Management from Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM), and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the American University of Acapulco.

John leads the Management & Security Solutions of ITSLN, which include Service Management Optimization, Configuration Management Optimization, Data Protection for the Enterprise, Desktop Optimization for Windows and Office System, Server Virtualization with Advanced Management, Windows Server 2008 Infrastructure Services, and Forefront.
With outstanding performance as an Infrastructure Consultant, he has earned a number of certifications that accredits him as our Senior Consultant. With over 7 years of experience and participation in dozens of our key projects, John is an key part of our team.
John holds a bachelor's degree from the Glasgow University, United Kingdom, where he graduated with honors as an electrical and electronic engineer.

Edgar directs Consultancy for ITSLN infrastructure projects. Since joining ITSLN in 2004, Edgar has taken a lead role in defining the vision and direction of infrastructure projects. Before joining ITSLN, Edgar collaborated with the General Office of Academic Computing Services.
Edgar earned a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico.
He has received more than 14 Microsoft certifications on different specialties of Management and Implementation.

As a DOWO Engineer, Agustin is responsible for the desktop deployment team in ITSLN, including Windows® 7 operating system, and Office system, supported by Windows Server® 2008 R2.
He is experienced with high speed network configurations, topology design, analysis of network performance, and telecommunications management models.
Agustin holds a major degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic National Institute in México (IPN).

Alfonso joined ITSLN in 2005 and is responsible for Unified Communications, including instant messaging (IM), Voice over IP (VoIP) and Audio and Video Conferencing.
Alfonso oversees the InformationWorker solutions, and is responsible for assigning resources, following up on projects and taking care of client´s requests.
He graduated as a Cybernetic and Computing Systems Engineer from La Salle University and has obtained 21 training courses and 3 Microsoft certifications.
