The Microsoft Software Assurance Packaged Services benefit is included with your Enterprise Agreement, and it consists of personalized service engagements with experienced, certified consultants who are trained to help customers design, deploy and fully implement their purchased software. Packaged Services are available in 1-, 3-, 5-, 10-, and 15-day engagements. The length of the engagement is based on the number of licenses covered by your Software Assurance, and it's a benefit you've already paid to receive.
